. “Acción educativa” is a multi-disciplinary non-profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Since its inception in 1985, our primary concern has been to assist low-income individuals and groups in developing and refining skills in order to get a new lease of life. Our principal aims are to help these people earn their livelihood, deal effectively with the needs of society, assist them in building cooperative and productive schemes through cross-cultural training and raise awareness about human rights. We support small farmer, who strive to maintain their rights to the land they live on, by means of training and education in order to provide them with equal educational and job opportunities. In this respect, we promote sustainable agricultural policies, farmer-to-farmer market exchanges and fair treatment of workers in developing areas. Dozens of conscientious and obliging unpaid workers are recruited to be part of our organization. Our activities are being carried out thanks to the generous and considerate financial support we receive from foundations, international agencies, private donors and mainly from Europeans organizations.
